How It Works
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you some info, as well as tutorials on how to set up and use the inReach mini 2. A few days before your rental, we will send you an email with your username and password for the Garmin website, where you will be able to set up all of the following:

Activate Mapsphere (to share your progress with your contacts)

Add contacts for messaging and location sharing

Adjust other minor settings to your liking

Setup your preset messages ​

You can then sync the Garmin to your mobile phone for easier messaging (writing text messages directly on the Garmin is difficult), which is recommended. There are 2 apps that we will recommend that make the functionality of the Garmin much more user friendly.
